The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is for shareholders only. In order to attend, you need to follow the instructions as outlined in the convening notice under “Formalities”. 

If you wish to attend virtually, please also follow the below steps:

1. Click on “Virtual attendance” below and fill in all required fields. 
2. You will receive an e-mail asking you to provide the scan of your ID or passport used during the registration in Step 2. We will only use this information to verify your identity. 
3. After your details were successfully verified, you will receive an e-mail with your personal dial-in details. Due to technical reasons the dial-in details can only be provided a few days before the meeting. 

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE

We remind you that electronic voting at the meeting is not possible. Shareholders attending the meeting virtually are asked to provide their votes by mail or through power of attorney before the meeting.

If possible, and in order to ensure a smooth and efficient meeting, we kindly ask those shareholders who plan to attend the meeting in person to also submit their votes by mail or through power of attorney before the meeting.
